Hello, I’m Cathy, Director of Hound Hospitality at The Woofchester Hotel. I provide friendly, personal care in my own home, helping every guest feel safe, settled and loved while their family is away.

Every guest is welcomed into our family home and cared for as a family member, with plenty of attention, cuddles and affection throughout their stay.

Home visits are ideal for puppies, older dogs, cats, small pets, or dogs that need company and a toilet break while you are at work or away from home.

What you can expect

Care tailored to your pet’s normal routine

Every visit is tailored to your pet’s normal routine. You will receive a message and photo after each visit, so you know your pet is safe, comfortable and cared for.

A free introductory meet-and-greet is included before your first booking. This gives us the opportunity to meet you and your pet, discuss their routine and collect any necessary care information.

Dogs will not be taken away from the property during a home visit unless a separate dog-walking service has been booked.

Deposit and payment

A 50% deposit secures your dates. The remaining balance is payable on the day of arrival.

Medication

Simple tablets given with food are included. Routine medication is £5 per calendar day. Complex or time-critical care is from £10 per calendar day and must be agreed before booking.
